Salsa in Islington

Islington's salsa is spread from Tufnell Park in the north down to the Old Street end of the borough. On our list there are five venues: Downstairs at The Dome by Tufnell Park tube, the Church of the Blessed Sacrament north of King's Cross, Happy Feet Studios near Old Street, Moreland Primary School between Angel and Old Street, and New Unity on Upper Street. Mondays bring two class nights, Esencia Libre and Ewajo, and Tuesday is Funky Mambo's class and social. At weekends Pexava have afternoon dancing at New Unity and Sunday afternoons at Moreland Primary School. Listed prices for single nights run from £8 to £13.
